• Fabric and Accessory Control
  As per the Standards required, all fabric and accessories are checked strictly to ensure best products received.
• Laboratory Evaluation
  We utilize services offered by SGS & ITS, which are World Renowned Organization for Testing and Evaluation of the Products and thus assure us of our Customer’s Satisfaction.
• The Spreading Quality Control
  This system ensures that defects found during spreading are segregated. The SQC report is approved by the Quality Assurance Manager and only then is it passed on to the Cutting Manager.
• The Cutting Quality Control
  This CQC system was set in place to identify and control cutting defects found during the marker making and cutting process and to check hard patterns against the buyer-approved pattern.

• Fabrication Quality Control
  Each production line has Quality Inspectors who ensure constant standards of quality maintained in production at all times. The in-line quality inspection is conducted on a 2.5 and 4.0 AQL as per buyer’s requirement.
• Finishing Quality Control
  The Finishing Quality inspection is conducted on a 2.5 and 4.0 AQL as per buyer’s requirement. The Quality Controller is responsible for deciding whether the garments are fit to be forwarded to the Final Inspection and Packing.
• Final Audit
  A Final Audit is conducted after the goods are packed in the boxes, and before shipping to ensure the highest satisfaction of the client.
